Our target was to relax and chill out and the resort was the right place to do so. It is one hour and a half away from puerto Princesa airport, so we requested for transportation roundtrip which they provided to us. The location is great, isolated with a nice private beachfront with sun-beds and umbrellas which we enjoyed during the day. The resort has a big pool in the middle and our room was a pool front which was amazing. The gym was nice and we tried some spa treatments and massages and they were very good and staff are very professional and well trained. The hotel is brand new; they opened on December 2023. The rooms are clean and well maintained. It is worth mentioning that The day manager Mr. Aaron made our stay beyond the expectation. He gave us so many suggestions for trips and recommendations to enjoy Palawan. He should be appreciated for all the efforts he is doing. He treats the guests elegantly and make their stay special. He is the right person in the right place. He also understands the culture of the guests and how to treat them properly. Thank you Mr. Aaron; we are glad that we met you. He arranged for us the underground river trip and a trip to elnido where we did hop on hop off islands and it was nice. The resort staff are well trained, we would like to appreciate all their efforts and thank them for what they do.

The resort is modern and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay. The beach is stunning, and the surroundings are beautiful. The cleaning was very good (9/10). Compared to a Marriott resort in Thailand (Marriott Nai Yang Beach Phuket), I believe the Sheraton in the Philippines could improve its breakfast options, product availability, vegetarian options for lunch and dinner, and staff training. However, the staff's kindness stood out as their most valuable quality. My husband and I fell ill due to severe side effects from malaria medication (took it for prevention, as we planned a longer trip in different parts of the island) forcing us to cut our trip short. The staff went above and beyond - providing bread for nausea, arranging hospital transport, and offering constant support with gentleness and professionalism. Their kindness left a lasting impression, and while minor improvements are needed, I highly recommend this resort for its exceptional care. If you plan to book a room at the resort after a long journey, I suggest staying one night in Puerto Princesa, then going to the resort, because it is ~1 hour 30 minutes by car and you might get dizzy/nauseous from the journey. I also suggest having different cards with you, as we encountered some inconsistencies in what cards were working and in which way.

Magnificent hotel, perfectly located to get to the underground river cruise- walk out to the beach and turn left - it’s an easy 5 min walk to the pier where you buy your tickets (2100 for a private boat which takes up to 5 ppl or 250pp for a shared boat - we did the shared for our family of 4 and had another two ppl with us). Your feet get wet when you get off the boat so make sure you don’t wear runners like I did. The boat ride takes approx 15 mins to the entrance of the cave and you get into a different boat for the cave experience which takes approx 45mins- well worth doing this trip if you come to Palawan. Get your tickets straight from the pier as it will be cheaper that going through the hotel or other sites offering it We stayed two nights at this magnificent hotel and ate dinner both nights at Pawikan (5 min walk and turn right onto the beach from the hotel) - highly recommend this restaurant- try to get there by 6pm and their own hotel guests will also be wanting to eat there. The staff at Four Points go above and beyond- accommodation clean and safe, best swimming pool ever - plenty to sun beds, lovely pool bar,

Lovely hotel in a great location for relaxation and access to the Underground River, zip line and mangrove tours (just a few min walk to the tour offices). All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Restaurant good was excellent but staff need restaurant service training. Restaurant service waits were long, and we had to chase staff to order drinks and food, especially if at the cabanas or by the pool. They have a great selection of water toys and the beach was safe for children to play at the beach. We were unpleasantly surprised by the nik nik warning upon our arrival (sand flies that bite) and would have liked to have known this before booking, however we didn't encounter any issues with them. I liked the small village shops. Disappointed to see a 4-10 times proce mark up on simple conveniences at the hotel like chips and sun cream. Very clean. Amazing pool. We really enjoyed our stay one of our favorites on this holiday. A warning to those with motion sickness, the road to the hotel from Puerto Princesca is not for the faint of heart (2 hours of bumps and curves), be sure to pack your anti nausea meds!

The resort is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous, the pool is amazing and the staff members are absolutely superb. The breakfast is incredible and caters for a variety of cultures. The setting is lovely and there are a number of good quality, very cheap restaurants within a minute's walk in either direction of the resort. There are many activities that are extremely interesting or fun, and it's totally worth adding the 1.5 hr drive from the airport. Many people complain there is only one restaurant at the resort. This is true, but if you literally walk for 30 seconds along the beach, there are many places to eat, with menus in English, that serve good, safe food. We ate out every night (i.e. not at the resort restaurant) and had zero issues. You can also find a place that does the same tours that are offered by the resort, but it's much cheaper, the guides are wonderful, and you're giving money directly to the local economy. It's totally worth doing these activities.
